• Cashback is calculated based on final price excluding taxes, fees, delivery fees and service charges.
• Cashback will be capped at Php 300 for each ZALORA user per order per month. Order exceeded user cap of Php 300 will be tracked at Php 0 until the refresh in subsequent month.
• Cashback based on order value after deducting ZALORA Wallet credits. Cashback will be prorated for partial returns/exchanges.
• ZALORA reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to determine the currency exchange rate for Cashback calculation. ShopBack will adhere to the rate recommended from the merchant
• Cashback will initially track at a lower amount, and update upon validation

• ShopBack must be the last link you clicked in order to get Cashback. If other website links are clicked after clicking through ShopBack, Cashback will not be tracked (eg coupon and deal websites).
• If for some reason your payment made on merchant page has failed, do click through ShopBack again and re-do your purchases to ensure tracking is still active.
• Return to ShopBack and click through to the merchant every time you are making a new transaction.
• If you are making 3 separate transactions on the merchant, you should click through ShopBack 3 times, each time before making a new purchase.
• Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders or activities to game or cheat the Cashback system, will be banned, with Cashback removed.
