TikTok Shop terms and conditions

 How to place an order to ensure you receive a correct refund. 

1. Empty your shopping cart on TikTok Shop before starting your purchase. If items are in your cart before proceeding through ShopBack, the system will not be able to track the order.
2. Copy the product link from TikTok Shop and paste it into the product link field in the ShopBack app every time before making a purchase. Click through through ShopBack and complete the purchase in one go without leaving the app.

Refund Tracking Conditions

• Please make your purchase using the link provided. If you order from a different store or different items, your order may not be tracked, or you may receive a lower cashback rate than shown. ShopBack reserves the right not to adjust the refund amount if such cases occur.
• Items added to your cart from live streams or videos on TikTok will not be tracked, even if you paste the link on ShopBack before checkout. If you are interested in items from a live stream or video, please copy the product link and paste it on ShopBack before purchasing.
• Get up to 15% cashback at participating stores (cashback amounts vary by store; check your cashback by clicking the link).
• The refund will be calculated from the net price of the product after deducting discounts, coupons, shipping fees, and VAT.
• Refund amounts or tracked product prices may have slight discrepancies due to daily currency exchange rates.
• Orders paid for via cash-on-delivery will be tracked within 7 days after the order has been successfully shipped and payment has been completed.
