Exclusions

You won't get Cashback on:

  • Purchases made without correct click through.
  • Items added to cart before clicking Lazada via ShopBack
  • LazTravel transactions
  • Utility bill payments
  • Purchasing behavior deemed by Lazada to be fraudulent or in violation of terms and conditions—such as ordering unusually large quantities of the same item, purchasing with the intent to resell, or generating orders via unauthorized sources or clicks.
  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
  • Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption
  • Any store credit redemption
  • Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
  • Fees · Taxes · Service charges · Shipping and delivery

Any amounts you pay using Gift Card, Voucher, Promo or store credits will not qualify for Cashback. The balance you pay using card or cash will still be eligible. If the balance is $0, you'll not earn Cashback on the purchase.

Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.

  • For partial returns or exchanges, we'll prorate the Cashback as an adjustment.
  • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

Lazada terms and conditions

  • Cashback caps will be as follows: to PHP 2 (Existing Customers), PHP 150 (New Customers).
  • Cashback for Bonus and Super Bonus brands will track separately.
  • For Aug 14-17, Cashback cap for following categories will be as follows:
    • All categories (except Digital Goods) - capped at PHP 70
    • Digital Utilities - capped at PHP 2
  • Cashback is awarded for every product you purchase. For example, if you buy 3 items in a single transaction, the cashback will be recorded 3 times. 
  • Place separate orders for different sellers and revisit ShopBack before placing each new order.
  • Only add items to your Lazada cart after clicking through from ShopBack. Items added beforehand won’t be eligible for Cashback. 
  • Estimate cashback of some products might display differently upon pasting link, but the amount will be tracked correctly.
  • The cashback amount vary based on the store's policies and terms and conditions, which are subject to change.
  • We reserve the right to cancel cashback for product distributors, bulk orders classified as reseller activity, and customers holding multiple Lazada accounts
