All Shopback users who will purchase any item and checks out using ING Pay virtual or physical card will receive 5% Cashback
1. Promotion will run from Nov 23 to Dec 31,2020.
2. User must use ING Pay Virtual card to purchase any items in Shopback to avail of the promotion.
Only successful and validated purchases made using ING’s virtual and physical debit cards will be qualified for the Cashback Promo. To use ING Pay virtual or physical card, Shopback user should be an ING Pay Account holder who have successfully activated their card and is deemed by ING to be in good standing. [“Eligible client”]
3. Each successful transaction will entitle user to receive a five percent (5%) cashback after 24 hours from the time the successful transaction was made. However in the event of account restriction, cashback review, or any other reason that may delay the cashback crediting, ING reserves the right to extend the crediting time and will proceed with the crediting as soon as it is able to.
4. Each eligible client will be entitled only to a maximum of PHP 50,000 throughout the period. Clients may make any number of purchases and earn cashback as long as they have not yet reached the maximum amount.
5. The Cashback amount will be credited to user’s ING Pay Account
6. The Cashback amount will be rounded up to two decimal places.
7. No minimum purchase amount is required for Eligible Transactions.
8. User will be responsible for whatever tax implications or potential tax income liability may arise out of the ultimate treatment of the cashback. ING does not make any representation as to the nature or potential tax implications of the cashback amount.
9. ING reserves the right to suspend or exclude users from this promo, withdraw or refuse the crediting of the reward, or invalidate any cashback already credited if user has breached the Promo’s terms and conditions based on ING’s assessment. To protect the integrity and security of its systems, ING may suspend the calculation and crediting of the Cashback at any time.
10. If users have questions or disputes regarding the eligibility for this Promo or eligibility of Cashback for crediting, ING will resolve them at its sole discretion. Should there be disputes regarding the accountholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, validity of transaction, etc., ING shall make the final decision.
