Exclusions

You won't get Cashback on:

  • Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated
  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
  • Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption
  • Any store credit redemption
  • Other bonus or cashback systems or corporate benefits, unless otherwise stated
  • Other loyalty programmes unless otherwise stated
  • Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
  • Fees · Taxes · Service charges · Booking fees

Any amounts you pay using Gift Card, Voucher, Promo or store credits will not qualify for Cashback. The balance you pay using card or cash will still be eligible. If the balance is $0, you'll not earn Cashback on the purchase.

Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.

  • No-shows and any booking changes that lead to a change in the booking ID will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

  • Cashback is only eligible on the base fare (Excludes taxes, oil fees, baggage, seat selection, ancillaries, etc.)
  • Bookings with travel dates more than 1 year from the date of purchase are ineligible for cashback
  • Children's & Infant tickets are ineligible for cashback
  • Bundle and package bookings (e.g., Flight + Hotel) are ineligible for cashback
  • Non-flight categories (e.g., hotels, car rentals, airport transfers, tours, or activities) are ineligible for cashback
