Ingredients: Korean ramyun, water, whole milk (NO skim milk), chili pepper flakes (gochugaru, 고춧가루), green onion (optional)

  1. Boil some water in a pot and add the noodles in.
  2. When the noodles are cooked 90%, drain the water.
  3. Boil it again with 350 ml of milk.
  4. Add 1/2 tablespoon of chili pepper flakes and some chopped green onions. (optional)

Ingredients: Korean ramyun, ramyun powder (1/2), egg (1), American sliced cheese (1), green onion

  1. Bring a pan and boil 350 ml of water.
  2. When the water starts to boil, add the noodles and the flakes.
  3. Add 1/2 of ramyun powder in.
  4. Change the heat to MEDIUM HEAT and crack an egg in the center.
  5. Place American sliced cheese and some green onions on it.
  6. Put a lid on and wait for 30-40 seconds to cook the egg.

 

 

 

Teokbokki Ramyun

Ingredients: Korean ramyun, Korean chili paste (gochujang, 고추장), sugar, minced garlic, ramyun powder, water, fish cake, onion, cabbage, green onion

  1. For the sauce, put 1 tablespoon of Korean chili paste, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of ramyun powder in a bowl and mix it.
  2. Boil 300 ml of water in a pot.
  3. (Working on step 2) Slice onion. Cut fish cake and cabbage.
  4. When it starts to boil, add the noodles, fish cakes, onions and cabbage.
  5. Pour the sauce we made and simmer it.
  6. Sprinkle some green onions and sesame seeds. (optional)

 

Stir-fried Ramyun

Ingredients: Korean ramyun, water, oil, green onion, pork, onion, cabbage, soy sauce (진간장), ramyun powder (1/2)

  1. Chop the vegetables and the pork into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil some water in a pot and put the noodles in.
  3. Take out a wok. Add some oil and fry some green onions first.
  4. Put the pork and stir-fry it.
  5. When the pork is cooked, add the onions and the cabbage.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1/2 of ramyun powder.
  7. When the noodles are ready, transfer them to the wok and stir-fry everything together. Add more water if necessary.

Ingredients: Korean ramyun, cold water, green onion, green & red pepper, Tsuyu, sesame oil, egg yolk(1), sesame seed

  1. Boil some water in a pot and add the noodles in.
  2. Chop green onion, green & red peppers.
  3. Take out the noodles and rinse them with cold water.
  4. Put them in a serving bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of Tsuyu and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
  5. Put the vegetables on the noodles and place 1 egg yolk in the middle.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
