  • Any store credit redemption
  • Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
  • Orders on the Government or Military and Veteran's stores
  • Fees · Taxes · Shipping and delivery

Any amounts you pay using Gift Card, Voucher, Promo or store credits will not qualify for Cashback. The balance you pay using card or cash will still be eligible. If the balance is $0, you'll not earn Cashback on the purchase.

Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.

  • For partial returns or exchanges, we'll prorate the Cashback as an adjustment.

Apple Store Online terms and conditions

  • Cashback will only be tracked after order has been shipped, typically within 2-3 days from purchase date (up to 14 days during campaign periods or if the item is out of stock).
  • Cashback is available for both delivery and store pick-up.
  • Cashback is issued by ShopBack, not Apple.
  • Apple sells and ships products to end user customers only; you may not purchase for resale.
  • Cashback for each Apple account is subject to lifetime limits of: six (6) units per model in each of the following product categories: iPhone, Mac, iPad, Watch, Vision, Apple TV, and HomePod; thirty-two (32) units of each of the following: AirTag 1-pack and AirTag accessories; eight (8) AirTag 4-pack; and ten (10) units of each of the following: AirPods and other eligible accessories. The lifetime limit applies to any Apple Store website and app purchase.
